Dylan Collard has just re-designed his website - which is a joy to use - and whilst I was perusing it, I came across his lovely series of shopkeepers. I am fascinated by small independent shops and those who keep them (father-in-law is a proper old-fashioned butcher) so the subject matter is dear to my heart.
